I’m trying to do the initial set up for my Tidbyt. I have a android device and get to the connecting to tidbyt server where it goes no farther.

I was able to get it sorted. I had successfully setup the tidbyt once, then moved it to a different location with a different wifi. I reset the tidbyt and attempted to go thru the setup process a second time. I was getting hung at final setup step when connecting to the tidbyt servers. I finally deleted the iOS app and reinstalled. This allowed me to proceed. Perhaps the app is caching something?
Yep uninstalling fixed it for me as well android device though instead of apple.
I’ve tried this today, unfortunately with no luck. Every single other device on the network (and we’ve got a few kids) is working fine with our wifi. But I can’t get the app to talk to Tidbyt’s servers. I uninstalled/reinstalled on Android. Then tried iOS. No luck. My Tidbyt, which I loved, has been a paperweight now for a month. I’m really ticked off.
