Is there an app to configure an account to show the posts of an account?
There’s only a twitter app to get tweets from your timeline, not the latest from a particular user’s tweets. You’d probably have to build one yourself.
There’s also an app to see your Twitter follower count.
You might be able to see what this user is doing to get the information (it seems like they are managing it with the BBC API). Then you can just hit the end point (and cache it)! Dylan Jones:: On Radio: BBC 6 Music
