TransSee transit prediction

The TransSee transit prediction is now active in the TidByt app. TransSee support predictions for more then 150 transit agencies across Canada and the USA. It can provided predictions for up to four stops at a time of your choosing. Predictions will be displayed for half an hour.

Using TransSee on TidByt requires TransSee premium which costs CAN$20 for six months. There is a two week free trial for TidByt owners. Learn more about setting it up here:

I have added a couple of new features. You can give a minimum prediction time. Arrivals sooner then that time will no be shown. It also now shows arrows giving the direction of the branch that the vehicle is operating on.

I’ve had an issue for the last month or so where my predictions stop displaying on my Tidbyt after less than 24 hours.

It used to stay working reliably for days or even weeks. Has something changed?

Do I need to reboot my system or anything else to increase reliability?

Do you have “Do not expire TidByt predictions” checked off in the setting in the browser your are using the send the predictions to Tidbyt?
