In the settings for the Tidbyt app, under Touch, I have the Single tap set to Skip forward and the Long press set to Turn off display. However, it is non-responsive to any touch. I am tapping on the top where the it’s indicated just like it shows on the website. Please see photo for reference. Long press nor single tap works for my device. Please help.
