Love my Tidbyt! Just recently, however, I come into my home office in the morning and it’s completely blank. If I unplug it and plug it back in again, it starts right back up. But I’m concerned as to why it’s shutting off sometimes. Is something dying in it?

Okay, now an even more unsettling thing has happened, twice now. At some point during daily operations, the screen freezes with a single painfully bright white line and a couple of other colored pixels. Unplug and power back up and it is back to working. Is my TidByt dying? Really need a response from someone.
This sounds like a hardware issue. Please email [email protected] and we can arrange a warranty replacement.
