Hi,
My tidbyt connecting screen appears then is stuck on logo loop, occurred first about 30 minutes ago
I have tried resetting and the same issue occurs
Anybody else experiencing this issue and any tips to resolve?
I’ve reached out to support twice and they’ve stated the issue has been fixed, but it hasn’t. My guess is something was pushed in the latest update that is causing this and they haven’t figured it out or released it yet. My display is stuck on ‘Connecting…’ and the app doesn’t even recognize it when trying to set it up again on my phone.
I’m having this exact same issue in September of '24 - nothing I’ve tried works. Any resolve?
