Still Cannot Connect

When powering on the screen is stuck on ‘Connecting…’ and my app does not recognize the device. I’ve tried emailing support twice in the past month with no clear resolution even after following steps online so as of right now I have an expensive paper weight. Would appreciate some level of acknowledgement and update please otherwise I may reconsider my kickstarter investment for the next model.

We had this in our office. Initially the issue was that we didn’t have 2.4GHz enabled on our wifi network. When it happened again, we had VLAN issues. If resetting and setting up a fresh profile doesn’t resolve it, could the issue be on your wifi network?

Also there is a little reset button on the back, bottom-middle.
