I’m having a strange issue that I can’t quite figure out. When I play music though Spotify, the display works just fine as long as I don’t use a speaker group. (I typically play music through my Alexa speakers). I have two that I have paired as a group — if I play on one, or the other, the app works just fine. But as soon as I use the paired group, the app stops displaying what’s playing.
I’ve tried a few things:
- resetting the speakers; recreating the group
- controlling Spotify through the app, the web browser, the Alexa app, and by voice
- deleting and reinstalling the Spotify app on my tidbyt, my phone, and my Alexa account
All to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions?
