Will Tidbyt be able to hook into a Sonos system to show what is currently playing? That would be a great app!
That would be cool! I am always listening to Sonos now that I am working from home.

I took a look at Sonos a while ago and their API is kind of a pain to work with 
That said, looks like this is a really popular topic. Will check if any of our buddies have a Sonos around here that we can try to connect to!

Yes please! Sonos is growing into a huge user base and I think a good chunk of users in their ecosystem are probably potential Tidbyt owners.

Tidbyt now has an official app that shows what is playing on your Sonos so this request can be closed. 
Apparently it never worked right and then was was pulled so this request should be revived.
