Newbie here…admins please move if i. The wrong section.

Has anyone else seen an issue with SevereWxAlertsUSA by aschechter88 that when there is an alert the initial screen is overlayed with the alert? The next screen with the actual alert is fine.

I see it on mine as well when there is a weather alert.

Same here, the alerts stack on top of each other and only the last one is viewable…

Yeah, I saw that just today.

Same issue here, happened yesterday during the tropical storm warning and flash flood warning.

I see this too. It will show “ALERT” and the alert message at the same time then switch over to the alert message after a few seconds.

Not the original author, but I saw it today too and I think I may know the issue and have notified the author via GitHub. I believe they are going to play with it when they get a chance.

I did just submit a PR though so the app can only be shown when there is an alert.
