Walked in on a stuck Tidbyt screen. No clue what caused it. First time it happened. Power cycle fixes it. Thoughts?

Probably a bad power adapter or cable. Sorry! Email us at [email protected] and we will get you a replacement power adapter kit.
I had the same problem, on two different devices! And from what I remember the line was exactly the one on the photo above, with unresponsive device and super bright pixels. The main difference is that a power cycle didn’t fix it; both displayes were permanently dead after that crash. The device still responds to ping, but nothing shows up on display.
The second device was a brand new replacement under warranty, and crashed and died after just 6 weeks. Tried with multiple power adapters, and can’t revive them in any way. Still waiting for support to respond to my inquires on what to do.
I think Tidbyt engineers should really investigate this.
