At 6:12 AM my Tidbyt stopped doing anything except displaying the time of 6:12. I unplugged and it went to the Tidbyt flashing display. The app on my phone still works fine and could even add another function. However, when I try to find the Tidbyt it doesn’t find it, even with my phone laying on top. It just suggests getting closer.
We’ve rolled out a fix for this issue. Please let me know if you’re still seeing this.
Apparently the problem is the connection of the cord into the Tidbyt. Fibrations are starting to make it fall out and a power loss makes it lose information over time.
