It’s been a few months since I’ve had my Tidbyt, but now it seems to not be powering on. I have tried to use different USB-C power adapters (including USB-C ports and power strip ports). Does anyone have any suggestions?

I also seem to have this problem: was all working fine but now there’s no sign of life. I’ve tried different cables but the display is dead. I have connected it to a powered hub that is also connected to a Windows system and it makes the sound associated with finding a new device, so seems like it is not completely dead. But nothing on the display. I’ve done a factory reset too. Any assistance appreciated!
