My Wifi network won’t show up

Hi- I live in a building, and everyone’s wifi networks show up except for mine. I have even tried to make a hotspot and that doesn’t show up either.

I just got my Tidbyt today so this is really frustrating. It’s connected via Bluetooth, but my wifi network doesn’t even show up for me to have an option of joining it

make sure it’s a 2.4ghz network.

I’m in the same boat. Everything is setup with these requirements but it still won’t appear

WPA2 PSK, 2.4 G yet I get nothing on the app

Try bringing it very close to the WiFi transmitter to see if it appears.
