My tidbit has been working with no problem for the past several months. However today I noticed that most of the display was out, except for about a dozen random pixels. I logged into the app and everything seems to be operating properly. I then unplugged the Tidbyt and when it came back on there were no pixels lighting up. I did notice that the device seemed very warm prior to unplugging it. I have tried the Tidbyt on another USB-C plug that I know works fine and still nothing, no response, and nothing lights up. I assume that this is under warranty? And other ideas of what I should do?
