I just got my second unit and not a week later I saw to line across the screen. I unplugged the unit and plugged back in and the screen remains black. This is the second unit I received I thought my original unit didn’t turn on because it was overheated (it was really hot to touch) but this time I unplugged it when it was still relatively warm. I think that the software in the unit was whipped when I unplugged it. Is there a way to re-instal the software? or get a replacement? And I still have the original unit and I would be more than happy to send it back to reinstal the software.
Hi @jujua - Can you try an alternate USB Type-C adapter? If that still doesn’t work, your fastest route would be to email [email protected] to arrange a replacement.
