I thought the pandemic was coming to an end, but alas, new variants and “covid waves” keep occurring. I was wondering if it would be simple enough for someone to make a covid case dashboard using any of the many sources out there. For instance, the New York Times has covid dashboards per region, where they send an email each day showing if there’s a percentage increase or decrease in cases in your area, which I think is useful as we navigate this “new normal”. It would be neat to see something like this on the tidbyt by county/state/country/world or whatever.
