Just plugged in...sounds like a modem

Hello…just plugged our Tidbyt for the first time, and it seems to work just fine except for one thing: the charger that plugs into the wall. It sounds like a modem dialing up to Prodigy Online circa 1993. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a recommended replacement?

Thanks! Found a USB C backup charger at home and that did the trick. The one that came with the Tidbyt was DOA…
