Is there a way to publish an existing GIF I found online? I’m not the best at coding but this would be my dream to get this GIF working and publish and I would give credit to the original artist.
You’d need to convert the gif to a 64x32 pixel image and then convert it to a webp image. There are a bunch of places to do that last step online, like Animated GIF to WebP converter. There are links on that page that will also help you resize the gif. You can also just google “convert gif to webp” to find many other places that will do conversions for you.
