The NJ Transit app that currently exists only includes commuter rail stops. Has anyone tried making a live arrivals app for the Hudson Bergen Light Rail in the Jersey City/Hoboken/Bayonne area? NJ transit has live arrival times at the light rail stations but not within their own app, and apps like Apple Maps seem to be getting a live data feed, but I’m not sure if the data feed is publicly available like it is for commuter rail. There’s an HBLR stop right outside my apartment so I know I’d get use out it, and since it’s the most densely populated area of NJ I’m sure others would too!
