Future of Tidbyt for non-devlopers?

Ive been reading the form a bit in the wake of Tidbyt’s collapse, and one thing I noticed is a lot of coders/developers/etc. discussing ways to keep the platform alive in devices, which is great!

However, from the looks of it, it seems any method of using Tidbyt if (when?) The servers shut down will require a fair bit of technical knowhow in terms of programming/software.

Realistically, is there a world where the average layman would be able to still use this thing if the serves go down, without any crazy coding knowledge?

Asking for a friend. (me, who hasnt coded anthing since a little python in engineering school, 6 years ago)

Thanks!

If you can download a zip file and type in “docker compose up” you could probably do it.

Possible to have a publicly available alternative too but it would be limited.
