To accommodate time-sensitive apps, like a ‘now playing’ app, it would be good if there could be a way to have an app optionally bumped to the front of the queue each time it is pushed to the Tidbyt. This way it would appear on screen immediately (that is, immediately after the currently displayed app).
In the case of a ‘now playing’ app this would mean that the name of each new track would always displayed immediately after it starts playing. This would differ from other, less time-sensitive apps, that simply replace themselves in the current rotation, and won’t appear on screen until they come around again. (This seems to be how it works currently unless pushed via the API.)
