Email verification not working at setup

Downloaded app.
Completed registration using email
Got email verification
Click link to verify email
Directed to browser with login to verify
Type in email and password
Black screen with scrolling rainbow box sits there and does not progress other than to move back and forth. No response. Attempted several times on different computers, different networks, different browsers (laptop and phone using chrome, safari, firefox).

Please advise.

Sorry about this. We can investigate here and get this fixed.

In the meantime are you able to use Google or Apple sign in? (totally understand if that’s not an option)

Not able to use the other registration options as this is a company unit to be used in a conference room.

We’ve fixed the underlying issue now as well. Email verification links should be working again.
