My Gen 2 doesn’t refresh unless I power cycle the device. I am still seeing the start time for a baseball game on Wednesday (it’s Friday) and the stock ticker is halfway through the day on Thursday. Scores for NFL games are from Week 2, and Thursday night’s score isn’t here.,

I have this same problem. Had it with my Gen 1, and now again with the Gen 2. Wondering if it’s a WiFi issue? Or something else?
Maybe your team is just not making the playoffs.

Has there been any communication or updates on this? I’m encountering the same problem. My Gen 2 just doesn’t refresh at all without a power cycle, either.
Of course not. Support is crap. I already got my credit card company to refund me.
