I placed an order two weeks ago but have not received the item. I haven’t received any updates from them and got no response when I emailed them.
Anyone else experiencing this? Is this typical?

General update, we have a very large batch of backorders going out today and then another large batch on Monday.
Thank you for the quick response here. Tracking say " Expected ship date: July 24" so I don’t know if my order is included in the batch going out today or not. Hopefully it is.
