I just got a Tidbyt and it was running fine until I noticed the a bunch of the pixels are flickering around, shifting left and right, turning on and off. Has this been seen before? I tried a reset, changing outlets/plugs/wires/both, etc.
This definitely looks like a hardware issue. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and they can hook you up with a warranty replacement.
I did - any idea of turnaround on that? Would me opening it and trying to fix it void any warranty?

FYI: This can be fixed by replacing the wire inside that costs less than $5. You need just one piece:
