I’d love to set different display times per app rather than the current option which is one setting for all.

Yes. Current mode just gives you weekdays or 7 days a week.
I’m proposing the ability to show only on the days and time frames you want. E.g., only show me X app from 7am-9am on Mon, Wed and Friday. Or only Show me X app on Sundays from 12-8pm.
