Could not connect to servers

Just received my Tidbyt and I’m trying to set it up by I keep getting an error message saying “could not connect to Tidbyt servers”

I have fast internet and the Tidbyt is next to my router.

I don’t want to return it cause it’s cool and I feel like it’s something silly causing it to not connect.

Please help!

Restart the tidbyt and app and it should work

Having the same issue on my unit that Ive had for months now. Started acting funny yesterday and I got the same message about Tidbyt servers being down

This has happens to me for 3 days now - was anyone able to identify a solution?
