Bay Wheels app — GBFS urls need updates

Looks like the Bay Wheels bikeshare feeds changed to Lyft URLs :frowning:

https://gbfs.baywheels.com/gbfs/2.3/gbfs.json

looking at the app code in github,I think the station info and station status just needs to be updated:

https://gbfs.lyft.com/gbfs/2.3/bay/en/station_information.json

https://gbfs.lyft.com/gbfs/2.3/bay/en/station_status.json

filed an issue here

Done. Issued PR. New urls work fine.
