I got my Tidbyt back in March, and this weekend I noticed a half column of bad LEDs. They still light up, but are producing the wrong color. They show up a lot more on some apps than others, but I’ve attached an image that doesn’t really do it justice, but at least kind of shows where the issue is. It’s a column about 3/4 of the way over to the right, and goes from the bottom of the screen about halfway up. I’m guessing there is no way to fix this but thought I’d throw it out there and see.
Looks like a hardware issue. Email support for a warranty is the best course of action I think.
Thanks, I emailed them a few days ago but haven’t heard anything back yet. Thought I would throw it out here and see if anyone had a miracle cure
