How about adding Asteroids, Missile Command, and Defender.

The licensing would be a factor, probably can’t use the names. But a generic showing of GIF type gameplay from those games would be cool, we already have “Nyan cat” which is essentially an animated GIF interstitial… some more “classic arcade” interstitials would be cool.

Was able to be done with Pac-Man etc….
I have a fully blown defender clone I call Offender. I run it on Raspberry Pi attached to 64x32 bit LED.
