I am a new user. My phone app will not connect to my Tidbyt, it displays connect to app.
I have 3 Tidbyt apps saved but the phone will not connect to thew Tidbyt.
I tried to delete and re-add the app on my Iphone but nothing changes.
The app does not display the menu icon.
How can I resolve this issue?
