My WiFi requires to input username. How do I do that?

Good morning, I am trying to connect my tidbyt at work but my work wifi has a registration page and the tidbyt cannot connect to it. I had it working at my house on my network but not able to connect at work. Just for clarification by “registration” I mean you have to enter an email to be allowed to use the network, think of an airport or free wifi. Thank you for any support you can give.
