My Tidbyt has lost connection a few times (through power outages, I think) and I’ve had to disconnect it and reconnect it via the app in order to get it working again. My issue is that I’ve got it loaded up with apps that I spent a long time customizing, and setting it up as a new device removes all of them.
Is there any way I can get around this and restore my old “profile?”

Same thing happened to me when I reconnected to new wifi after I moved and I had to completely reset it and add all of the apps again. Is there any way around this?

I have the same issue. Is there still no answer from Support on this problem?

Not support, but to my knowledge there’s not a current solution for this at the moment unfortunately you have to do it manually when setting it up again.

they need to really fix this issue, happened to me yesterday. feels like reconnecting to wifi should be a no brainer to implement into the app.

How do I reconnect my tidbyt? Lost internet yesterday for 1 hour. Still says reconnecting. Tried the reset button on the device, tried adding a new device in app. Do I need to delete the old occurance and try adding again?
